I'm creating these cards because I need to, because I need them-because there's nothing else out there that satisfies. Not the DBT not the CBT, I need simple. I need easy, I need helpful, I need deep, I need meaning. I need a crisis card and or deck that hits home and helps me when I need help-not just when I am level-headed and rested enough to use it.
